This project involves the installation of site improvements to allow for construction of 242 townhouses clustered on 102 acres, with 52% of the site retained as common open space. Site improvements consist of clearing, site grading, installation of sanitary sewer, waterline, concrete curbing and paving. The site also requires the construction of a box culvert bridge and the relocation and rehabilitation of 700 lineal feet of stream to relieve flooding concerns and accomodate public roadway improvements.
