This single-family residential subdivision of a 73-acre property includes 173 homes to be built on 1/4 to 1/3 acre lots, and a 2-acre parcel for a neighborhood park. Public infrastructure improvements associated with the project include street grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, waterline, curbing, paving and widening and the realignment of an existing road. Storm sewer work involves off-site drainage improvements as well as the construction of a pre-cast concrete box culvert. The sanitary sewer system designed requires the installation of a pump station to serve this site while replacing two adjoining stations.
