This project involves the protection of existing wetlands and preservation of an historic farmstead while installing site improvements for 220 independent living apartments, a cultural center and a 5-story health center. The work is being performed on a 37 acre property owned by Willow Valley, the second largest non-profit retirement community in the nation. Our land improvement package includes: complete site grading, including (2) wet ponds and boulder wall construction, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer, waterline, curbing, sidewalks and paving of streets and walkways. In addition, daily coordination with the building contractor is a necessity in order to maintain job schedules and assure the project proceeds as planned.
